Iowa Regional Extension Center

The Iowa Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (REC), operated by IFMC, will help more than 1,200 providers and 87 critical access/rural hospitals improve care for their patients through the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs). The Iowa REC will offer technical assistance, guidance, and information on best practices to support and accelerate health care providers’ efforts to become meaningful users of health information technology.  Listed below are just two of the many resources available to providers from the Iowa REC.
